About Us

The story of Seven Winds began with the construction of an RV park in far southwestern Kansas in 1965 near a small town called Liberal. This RV park was a lucrative and thriving business, serving as a rest point for RV travelers along US Hwy 54. In May 1977 it was purchased by our parents Bill and Betty Booth and has operated under their ownership until their retirement in Nov 2010. Formerly known as B&B Overnite Camp, this business has remained open since its inception making it one of the oldest RV parks in Kansas and possibly the USA!

Seven Winds serves as a symbolic representation of the various winds experienced throughout the southwest United States, and more importantly, the seven children of Bill and Betty Booth.

We have hosted RV travelers of all types, from vacationers to work crews to snowbirds who go south for the winter and return to the northern States in the Spring.

Currently we are undergoing many upgrades and improvements to facilitate a relaxing environment and enjoyable stay for you as you travel on your journey. Please visit soon and let us know how we are doing. We appreciate your patronage!
